What a Week!

 
Mookie had cheer camp last week and came home with the All American Award and the Captains Leadership Award!  Way to go Mookie!!!!   We are so proud of YOU!  She is quite the girl.   The team came home with the Herkie Award, Champion Chant Award, a Spirit stick, and a new Gaterade Cooler.

Willow is now the teams unofficial traveling mascot and Spirit stick holder.  They all seem to love her!
Now we are ready for the season to begin.  First game September 2.    Go CATS!!

 Homecoming week is always a flurry of activities.  Themed Dress Up, Spirit Friday, Football lunch, Decorate the Town, Team dinner, Football (We Won again!), Cheer, and Homecoming dance.

 

 
Mookie and the girls got all dressed up and had just the best time at the dance this year.

Go Daddy!

Darling Hubby of mine just  finished the Seattle to Portland (204 mile) bike ride this weekend.  He had been training for months with some of his buddies, and they all did great.  Hubby had a bit of a disadvantage to the other guys, he rode a mountain bike. ( I guess that's a big deal.)  Both days were about nine hours of bike time, carb up, then sleep.  The kids and I drove along following the guys both days.  At the finish we all celebrated with him.  Way to go Honey!!! Love Ya
