Lovin this weeks reads!! GF girl, I had to mention one more time, I am really enjoying this one and the recipes look wonderful. Lucky for me they are from the Northwest so everything is local for me. YAH! Can't wait for the farmers market to start up again. Seattle has several year round but on the island we are not so lucky.
The Market Fresh Cookbook also looks to be wonderful. I flipped through a bit this morning and found three meals to try. They are: Oven roasted carrots, spinach berry salad, sweet potato kale soup, and taco tater tots (ALL GF). Also it has a wonderful listing of when each fruit and vege is in season. This is good for me cause I am not a gardener.
The GF Kid, is for my little man, very simple on the GF thing so he can see the options he can still eat. Cool Ranch Doritos (GF), Nacho Cheese Doritos(NOT).
Amy Bulters Midwest Modern, just love the projects, fabrics, and the photography. Makes me think of summer. No patterns in this one but lots of pretties to check out and inspire.
The Sweater Chop Shop, this one looks fun and great for recycling those big sweaters of my DH. Hope I can pull a project or two from here before its due.
Happy reads!
Teresa
